And the Brewers get the W.

This past weekend we traveled to Atlanta, GA to watch the Milwaukee Brewers take on the Atlanta Braves at Turner Stadium. Not only was this Ava's first Major League Baseball game; but it was an extra special one because Daddy's high school friend, Chris Narveson, was the starting pitcher for the Brewers! Uncle Matt, Auntie Caroline, Uncle Ben, Craig and Sara all joined us for the exciting game! (Thank you Craig and Sara for showing us great Southern hospitality and for enjoying our girl so much!) Not only did Ava have her first trip to Atlanta, her first major league baseball game, her first tailgate (of many to come with football season around the corner) but the Brewers (and Narv) got the W. All in all, a very memorable and fun weekend. Oh, and I forgot to mention, Ava was her typical perfect self, the game didn't start until 7:10 pm and our little crowd pleaser stole the show with her smiley face and made it through the 8th inning without a cry, scream, tear or fuss! She fell asleep in her beloved Baby Bjorn.

Only in Atlanta.......

The next morning, Craig, Sara and the Tettambels dined at Highland Bakery (which we HIGHLY recommend). Ava had a very difficult time deciding what she would have for breakfast. She finally settled on her first choice, a Similac bottle and Organic Pears, Cinnamon and Oatmeal.
