Sleepy Smiles

I just thought I'd write quickly about my favorite of Ava's many faces. Just as she's falling off into a deep sleep, Ava gives us sleepy smiles. It starts on the right side of her face with a half smile, then a long pause, then the left side of a her face another half smile, then another long pause and then sure enough we know she's a happy lady when we get the full on giggling sleepy smile. It's just so adorable, I know my description doesn't do it any justice. We've tried to capture these on camera, but we haven't been so lucky. It doesn't happen everytime she goes to sleep, but the times it does she just makes our hearts melt.
I know this is an older picture of her, but this is the best photographic explanation of it that we have!!!
