I have never felt so fortunate, as I did at this event. We are so lucky to have such a happy and healthy baby, and participting really opened my eyes to how great Jeff and I have it. So many babies, and families, have to deal with the unexpected, birth defects and/or birth disorders, among other things; and together many of these familes walked through downtown Charlotte to support each other. I can't wait until next year, and the year after, and the year after, for our family to continue to participate in the March of Dimes, March for Babies. I wanted to post an extra special thank you to our friends and family who donated, and helped us exceed our fundraising goal!!
Here are some of our pictures from Saturday. As you can see, Ava was her super happy self after the walk, she was all smiles the whole way home! Ohhh, you make me smile! :)
