Baby Girl's 4 Month Check Up

I know what you're thinking, the same thing Jeff and I have been thinking to ourselves, is Ava really 4 months old already? Well yes, she is! We had Ava's 4 month check up with Dr Bernal this week and he confirmed it, she's absolutely perfect!

Ava is weighing in these days at 13 lbs and 11 ounces (50th percentile for weight) and she is 25 inches long (75th percentile for height). Basically, the Dr said that she has reached all of her milestones and is even slightly ahead of the curve with her abilty to sit up and her body strength! Also, Dr. Bernal said that we must be doing something right because Ava has survived her first winter illness-free! That's right, we managed to have a winter baby and keep her healthy for all 4 of her first months, no extra trips to the Dr's office here.
