Learning to Write and Draw

Here are a few recent pictures just from around the house. Ryleigh is definitely turning into the lab we always wanted. Very calm and relaxed. If it weren't for our wild child, Charlie, she would be perfect! Don't get my wrong, Charlie is a good dog, too; he just has LOTS of lab boy energy! Between the two of them, we could've never asked for better dogs with Ava. She lays on them, pulls their tails, sits on them, plays chase with them, and never once have they been bothered by her - actually, we are certain, they love her just as much as they love each other!

Ava has been working very hard on writing her name. She can spell it no problem, as a matter of fact, whenever we say "A" she interrupts us by saying, "A-V-A, Ava"! This picture was from about a week ago, and her writing skills have gotten much better - definitely within the next week she will be writing Ava without any problems! She has also mastered drawing circles, triangles and squares. It's amazing how quickly she is learning things!
